This book will focus on taking a closer look at your mental, emotional, health and fitness. The diagram below is a list of various health assessments for men and women by age. These are some of the health checks that are recommended. Be sure to check with your physician to complete full battery of health checks and balances.

Effective communication doesn’t happen overnight; it is a skill that has to be cultivated and nurtured. Learning through trial and error until you have mastered the best approach to affectively communicating with a person and/or group. So just in case you haven’t experienced the various forms of effective communication. Listed below are the nine types of communication commonly used in everyday communication. The goal is to identify which one you use often with perhaps not so positive outcomes and which communication skills you are lacking.

In course 8 you will begin to map out strategies to Personal Wealth and “Living A Better Life in 90 Days”. Creating a road map to establishing and sustaining financial wealth. Creating a short-term and long-term financial plan. This plan should include specific goals and expected outcomes.

A life of freedom can only be designed by releasing the past and creating a and empty future. In this session you will begin documenting the people, memories and places in your life that you have created an emotional imprint on your life.

In this session you will be introduced to various meditation techniques, affirmations and how to establish and manage a “Master Mind Group”, are the key objective as well as incorporating various meditation techniques that will enhance your growth and success as you execute your life’s strategic plan.
